The RCTs team, via PSNResearch, was entrusted with the management of the PRONOMOS study (PROphylaxis in NOn Major Orthopedic Surgery), an international, multicentre, randomized, double-blind, controlled phase IIIb study.
In this large clinical study, 3,604 patients were randomized to 128 active sites in 10 countries, all coordinated by the RCTs team. We also supervised the purchase and packaging of the comparator and of its placebo, organized the meetings of the adjudication committee and of the DSMB.
